Exchanged and Returned

Items purchased from The Blue Olive may be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Only unopened items in the original packaging will be accepted for exchange or refund.

NOTE: Returns are processed within five business days.

Returns policy

Please send the item(s) you’d like to return using an insured and traceable shipping method. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original Blue Olive foam shippers or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition.
