This is a very complex medium-robust oil with slightly more ripe fruit flavors than the typical green fruit flavors. The aroma is very floral: think dried roses, tropical fruit, and herbs. The taste is dominated by ripe banana and other tropical fruit flavors, but it also is quite herbaceous. It is perfectly balanced with high fruitiness, modest bitterness, medium pungency and excellent freshness qualities.
