Shipping Information

What do you ship?
We ship all items available on our website: extra virgin olive oil bottles; vinegar bottles; tapenade, pesto, and salt jars.

Are all your products shippable, or do some restrictions apply?
We ship all of the products on our online marketplace through UPS.

When do you ship? 
We guarantee that your order will be shipped out 72 hours from the time it was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, please contact us at (845) 289-0097

Where do you ship to?
We are able to ship to The United States and Canada.

How do you ship?
We ship all of our products through UPS.

Rates to ship?
Shipping charges are calculated by both weight and size of the items ordered. Our algorithm factors in the volume of the products as well as packaging materials that ensures all products remain safe during shipment.

How to track an order that's been shipped?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email including a UPS tracking number. Packages are tracked with each scan during shipment and information is updated online almost immediately following each scan.

In-store pick-up option?
We do not have an in-store pick-up option on our website, but if you send us an email or call us with your order, we would be happy to prepare any order for pick-up. At this time, we are only able to take payments in person at our store and via phone for pick-up orders.

Our store address is: 26 Charles Colman Blvd., Pawling, NY 12564, and our hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-3pm. If you are picking up at our Cold Spring location, our hours of operation are Thursday - Saturday 11am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
