1 small shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ cup Grapefruit White Balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup orange juice
½ cup The Blue Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil
Mediterranean Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
