Football Flatbreads

BBQ Chipotle Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread
Marinade:
¼ The Blue Olive Chipotle Infused EVOO
3lb chicken breasts (only used 1 breast per flatbread) (marinate for more flavor)
1 cup bbq sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
Flatbread:
1 pre cooked flatbread (or you can make your own)
3 slices bacon ( 3 slices per flatbread)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Bacon Infused EVOO (or try it with our Tuscan Herb Infused Oil instead)
Ranch dressing
Directions:
Marinate chicken breasts the day before with ¼ cup of The Blue Olive Chipotle Infused EVOO, Brush desired amount of The Blue Olive Bacon Infused EVOO on the flatbread. Cook on 350F for about 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and add cheese, chicken, and bacon. Place back in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and desired crispiness.

The Garden Goat Cheese Flatbread
Habanero & Honey Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Cilantro Red Onion Infused Olive Oil
Any pre cooked flatbread (or you can make your own)
Grilled onion (½ of a white onion)
Arugula (1 cup)
Goat cheese (desired amount)
Honey (drizzle desired amount overtop)
Directions:
Start sautéing the onions and olive oil in a pan on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Halfway through add 1 Tbsp of The Blue Olive Habanero and Honey Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
Add flatbread to the oven (350F) for about 5 minutes. Take out and add onions and goat cheese. Heat in the oven for desired time or until goat cheese is slightly melted. Top with arugula and drizzle of honey. For more Habanero Honey flavor, drizzle more of The Blue Olive Habanero and Honey Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
