Garlic Infused Olive Oil  x Dark Espresso Balsamic Vinegar Steak Marinade

2 sprigs Rosemary 

3 Tbsp The Blue Olive Garlic Infused EVOO

â…“ cup The Blue Olive Dark Espresso Balsamic

2 tbsp soy sauce 

½ tsps black pepper, ground

â…” cup brown sugar

½ tsp Bacon Sea Salt 

 

Directions:

Mince rosemary sprigs. In a bowl, mix together â…“ cup of dark espresso balsamic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, â…” cup of brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of Garlic EVOO.

 

Add minced rosemary sprigs, bacon salt, ground pepper into a bowl of soy sauce mixture and mix well. 

 

Pour the mixture into the zip-lock bag and shake well until well combined. 

 

Now add the steak to the bag and toss it to coat the steak. Put the steak marinade in the refrigerator for six hours. 

 

Once refrigerated, take the steak out, pat it dry with a paper towel and keep it aside to cook. 

 

In a skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once heated, put the steak in a skillet and fry it until crispy and releases flavor.
