Homemade Guacamole

Make homemade guacamole using our newest olive oils, Jalapeño Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Cilantro and Red Onion Infused Olive Oil.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Cilantro Red Onion Olive Oil

2 teaspoons Habanero Honey Vinegar (do as much/little as desired)

2 large ripe avocados

1 small plum tomato 

1 small red onion

1 bunch of cilantro

2 Tbsp lime juice 

Blue Olive Mediterranean or Himalayan Sea Salt

jalapeño (optional) 

 

For a more intense heat, add a bit of Jalapeño Oil!
