John's Best Hanger Steak Marinade
Our Mesquite Smoked salt is back! Enjoy this original marinade recipe from owner John Canevari, featuring our whole fruit Blood Orange Fused extra virgin olive oil and our rich and savory Espresso Dark Balsamic vinegar. Perfect for that end of the summer barbecue or your Labor Day picnic.

Ingredients:
1 tsp. Â Â Â Â Â Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt
2 large   Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 tsp. Â Â Â Â Â Smoked Paprika (Spanish or Hungarian)
2 tbsp.    Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup      Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp.    Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of  One Lime
½ cup      Fine Coffee Grounds
1 tsp. Â Â Â Â Â Ground Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients except the coffee grinds. Marinate steak between 2 and 12 hours. Remove meat from marinade and allow to come to room temperature.
Combine coffee grounds and pepper on a plate and thoroughly coat steak with coffee grounds mixture.
On grill, use high heat to sear the meat (creating an outer "bark").
Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until done to your liking.
Serves 6 - 8
