Enjoy some behind the scenes of the Rockland Boces Event that we were so lucky to be a part of and attend!

It was such fun to see our olive oils and vinegars donated in action with CELEBRITY chefs! The 5 course meal, created by chefs Tara owner of Taras Italian Cucina, Alyssa  and Nikki  and replicated by the culinary students, was unique and delicious. The student servers were attentive, enthusiastic and professional. The live stream was so interesting, a real insight into the inner workings of a professional kitchen!

We were honored to be a part of such a wonderful event and love sharing our experiences with all of you!
