This is a fantastic, robust Koroneiki oil that is extremely complex and fresh tasting. The aroma is very aromatic-floral with sweet, candy-like tropical and banana notes. The flavor has both ripe and green banana characteristics along with herbaceous mint, nettle, cinnamon, and black pepper. The intensity of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency are all high.
